Welcome to another great year of Earp Division Expo! Volunteers are the people behind the scenes who ensure that every attendee has a memorable and positive con experience. There's so much work that goes into a convention and volunteers offer their time and energy to help out with that! How grateful we are to all of you. Thank you for your interests in volunteering at Earp Division Expo 2024.

Please note, before filling out the form, being a volunteer is fun, exciting, and memorable. It is also a lot of work. All volunteers get a badge into the convention, but must be available to work Friday - Sunday, and must be able to work a minimum of 5 hours per day. No call, no shows will result in having your badge removed.
Volunteers are have to display a professional attitude and attire at all times. We will provide you with a t-shirt that is only to be worn while doing your shift.

Be respectful of all guests, attendees, and your fellow volunteers. Most importantly HAVE FUN!

Requirements

Must be 18 years old by first day of event

Follow rules and regulations enforced by the venue/convention center

Proper attire to be worn

Volunteer shirt to be worn during shift
