Apply to be a vendor

With their 3 1/2 day badge or day ticket, all EDE 2024 attendees will get general admission to the venue, access to our cast panels and also access to our vendor area! We hope that all our vendors will be at Earp Division Expo 2024 in Niagara Falls for the full three days, giving our attendees plenty of time to browse your tables and buy some of your merchandise!

The cost for attending EDE 2024 as a vendor is $200. For this fee you will get:

  • A table and table cloth in the vendor area

  • An additional vendor pass for an assistant

  • Early access to set-up your merchandise on the Thursday

  • Access to a weekend full of Earpers (and potentially Wynonna Earp cast members!) to sell your items to

  • A vendor badge which provides you with 3 1/2 day general admission to the event

  • Access to cast panels*

  • Ability to purchase photo ops and autographs with the cast*

  • Ability to attend free EDE2024 events such as the Block Party and Earp Museum*

  • You will also receive promotion to our followers via our social media channels (Twitter, Facebook and Instagram) 

Space in the vendor area is limited, and we want to ensure that our attendees are able to purchase a variety of items so we will be taking applications for vendors. Unfortunately, we cannot allow the sale of food or drink and take no responsibility for items left unattended at your tables.
